Lawn ranger build was created by Bert
I’ve been working on a mut Ranger and today I got to take a victory lap around the yard
It’s a 68 ranger frame, 64 deck, lift arm and fenders. The dash stand and hood are from a 633 or so I was told and the gas tank is from a 701.
Oh I used one of Glens 701 plastic dash’s and the engine is from an 856.
I still have to find a few more parts to finish it off but it seems promising

Looks really nice and straight Bert, what are your plans for her?
A lot of that tractor looks like a 62-63. The hood, gas tank, tower, side covers, rearend, rear wheels, and rear fenders are all correct for those 2 years. I don't know what the adjustable lift assy came off of but I don't think they ever used them on any Lawn Rangers. :confused1

Geno, the plan is to get it in a little better shape mechanically and hopefully add the wider newer ranger rear wheels with fluid so it’s not so tipsy for my better half to mow with.
I agree that it looks like a 62-63 and that was only because the 64 and up don’t have room for the starter gen setup.
I started out with a 64 and used it as parts for this build. I’ll look for a pic of what I started with to share :confused1
As far as the adjustable lift setup, that’s what fit the holes that were in the dash stand so I just went with it
