4411's or any par36 12 volt should fit GT. I just measured the outside diameter on the headlights in my C-165 and they are 4.4 inches, the same size as the 416-8. NAPA has the 4411's PN# LMP 4411, 35 watt sealed beam.

Thanks Major,I measured the plastic bracket and the bezel area measured 4.0, that's why I wondered. Saw the 4411's and thought it might be to big. So it sounds like the lens must rest on the back of the bezels lip.

Let me check the "bucket" measurement for you.

Okay, the inside lip for the clamp/bucket measures 4.14 inches on the C-165, GT. Looks like the OD doesn't count, just the mounting diameter. Hope this helps bro.

All of my Blackhoods have 4411 bulbs in them. The outer part of the bulb sits on top of the plastic. I've been meaning to get Sandra to take a pic of one here but it hasn't happened yet, sorry. :)

Ever thought about putting LED's in there? I think they make round ones that fit in there.

Thanks for checking Major I am ordering 4411 now, it seemed odd that it would be setup that way.

Thanks for checking Geno, I still like the look of old school Edison lighting.
Now to get the back end done, the plastic pan is in bad shape. Hope I can find a metal replacement.
