Getting started on this one today. I'll have her torn down and ready for pressure washing tomorrow and tomorrow isn't gonna be a good day but it will be the best one available for the next 2 weeks.

I got her running and couldn't get the carb set right, or get an idle. There was a little fuel leaking around the head gasket so that was the place to start. It was blown and looked pretty rough. I don't stock a lot of Tecumseh engine parts so it's all cleaned up and a head gasket will be here in the morning.

There was a little leak at the drain pipe, it is fixed. The head is on with the old gasket and everything else is sealed up and ready for a good pressure washing tomorrow, not so sure I am ready though lol. :rolling

Parts of me are frozen lol. :cold
Now I can say I have pressure washed outside at 39 degrees, no Sun at all, and a light wind. I hope I can never say that again on another one.

Rear axle seals are out and all the shafts are cleaned up. If I can get the slot hitch loose then I can move on to cleaning up the rest of the frame, rearend and parts.

New rear seals are in then I started on the carb. The rod broke when putting it in, then I started looking a little closer... The rod was rusty and home made, it's supposed to go to the rear of the bracket close to the head, the high speed stop screw and lock was missing, and the rod and spring were in the wrong holes for this setup. Those rod links are hard to make and get right so I can see why people take other routes. Tecky carb linkages and setups drive me nuts, now the fun begins but not till tomorrow lol. :rolling

Well usually I can do a complete hood in less than 10 mins, I've been on the hood and fender topsides only for over 2 hours and ran the blaster a lot harder than usual. They are both pretty much 100% solid rust pits, some spots worse than others...
