I wonder why my tire stems are on the inside of the rim and yours are on the outside.....maybe just who ever made the rims or what?

Thanks Major.
The rear rims are off of a Cub Nappy. The rims were perfect and I already had new tires on them so I left them on there.

Ok that answers my question thanks..........our power just came back on after being off 2 hours and I was getting ready to crank the generator up....
