I managed to get the rack down far enough and now have 2 more 17 foot work spaces.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.
I can't see the forest for the trees.

You have always been a good friend Nappy.
Someone called this morning and wanted my C-160-8 with a tiller set up, and of course they wanted it tomorrow, which is cool lol. I've been going wide open to get it all set up, the rear lift on the tractor, and the tiller was not restored this morning...
I can put decals on it in the morning and it will be done.

Playing with the Escalade today, had to order an O2 sensor for it so while it's in the shop I have the passenger seat out to get to the heated/cooled seat module that has a melted pigtail again... I shouldn't complain, the electrical smell is the reason I bought it so cheap 8 1/2 years ago lol.
This will be the 3rd time replacing the pigtail and I'm not doing it again. The main power, ground and heater circuit wires are getting soldered and connected with something better than the tiny connectors from the factory that love to get too hot and loosen up. Those little connectors are in a 25 amp circuit and just can't handle it.
At least it didn't melt into the module this time so it's still reusable.

Nice, sunny and 60 degrees out. Been trimming trees and doing some outside stuff, it sure is nice to be outside in nice weather.
Here lately I've been doing anything but work on the Horses. Working on Dad's furnace, his truck, my little hot rod Cavalier, some other non Horse related things for other peeps, trying to fix everyone else's catastrophes lol. I'll be glad to just play with the Horses all day again here sometime soon.

Dealing with a brake fluid and brake dust paste on the 4 door dually I really wasn't expecting today, and the truck has a load of wood on it lol.
Dad and I cut up a dead ash tree yesterday and this rear wheel cylinder must have blown out sometime when we were out. I put the truck and wood in the shop last night because rain was coming in. Lunch time today I noticed a big puddle of something by the left rear tires on the shop floor. Of course I hoped it was water... We had planned on enjoying the nice weather splitting it and putting it away today but nooooooooooo.

I decided slow down and check the other side and it was starting to leak too so both sides are getting done, I'm just waiting for AutoZone to bring me a wheel seal for the other side. The clean up on a job like this takes twice as long as the job itself, not counting the floor scrubbing lol. I guess I need to look at what's causing a check engine light on it and fix a small header leak while it's in here. I'll be glad to get back to the tractors.
