Thanks guys. The counter is still drying so we moved on to the floor. There were 20 tiles in the floor that were cracked so we moved onto those. The previous installer didn't let the mortar used to float the floor dry long enough so they cracked. They were put down last Saturday, then Sandra sealed them this morning and they'll be ready for grout by tonight.

The grout colorant was a bust from the last post. All that work and the color was horrible.
Cutting to the chase of a very long story - we had grout color here at 7AM yesterday morning. Sandra and I spent almost 9 hours on the floor coloring, scraping and cleaning, then moved everything back in and cleaned on the shop until very late last night. Neither one of us can hardly bend over or kneel today.
These pics are from around lunchtime yesterday. The grout has had 2 coats of color\sealer. The fun part of getting it all off of the granite was the 6 hours after lunch.

About 6:30 last night we were ready to put it mostly back together. We had already bought some retail fixtures for the front and got them in also. We are going for a high class Horse barn look, sort of like the Horse Farms in Lexington. Here is what we ended up with.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.
