I went over the hood with some 320 grit on a DA for a dent check and it looks good. Brake rods and hood are painted, I still need to clear coat the hood this week. :thumb1

The transmission pulley is now a double pulley and I found a belt that will work so now I can move on. The fender is cut pretty close to where it will end up and now it's tensioner time. :thumb1

Main tensioner is figured out and made the bracket for it this morning. It will swivel on the step mount rod, be adjustable in and out, have a bearing and grease fitting that will be accessible from the top. Other than the custom bracket, like everything else so far all of the other parts are parts used originally by Wheel Horse, the thrust washers, collars, bearing, pulley, and spring. :thumb1

Main tensioner is all done, very happy with the looks and simplicity of it. The last fender is also fitted to the tractor. :woo

I learned a new trick from my new helper Clint yesterday. I make a lot of cardboard patterns for things, he uses wax paper. The wax paper just gets laid on the part, trace it with a pencil, then you have a quick pattern to cut out with scissors. It can then be transferred it to cardboard to trace out on metal. It saves hours of fitting and whittling on the cardboard lol. :yay He got the patterns done for all 4 fenders yesterday in no time. :thumb1
