Today was a beautiful day to work outside, time to harness a Horse and get to it. Loaded up the chipper and generator in the trailer pulled by the trusty C-101. Set the generator on a picnic table and left the chipper in the trailer and set to work on all the trimmings and winter dead-fall. Not finished yet but made a good dent in it today. A couple of more days like this should wrap it up for the season.

Only shovel once, to mulch around the trees and no bending over. I never would have thought to do it this way when I was younger!!!

Major, I'm right with you on the cleanup. This old shed is actually a very nice 12'x16', but has always been "buried" by poplar trees, overgrown shrubs and various other weeds. Spent the day clearing about 15 trees, removing branches, etc. Relocating this shed to the other side of our creek, where I can update the T111 siding, paint the thing and actually use it. As you can see, it's only a few feet from the neighbor's property and a pain to access. Like the chipper setup

This year's cleanup is a little more than normal. Did a radical pruning on a sand cherry hedge, the rest is from the hackberry's and maples. The yew hedges are still awaiting the pruners. :faint
