Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)

As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.

The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.

As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.

3 Prong Safety Switch Pigtail was created by Geno
The 3 Prong Safety Switch Pigtail is underway and going quickly. All of the parts were already here so it made sense to make some of these up while all the tools were out making the last batch of 520 fuse blocks and the new single fuse assy this week.

The housing is still available through Toro for now, part # 111498, but the wire connectors, or a pigtail assy was never available through Wheel Horse or Toro. These parts were used in a lot of Wheel Horse, Toro, and other brands of tractors over many years and is a unique configuration made only by 1 company as far as I know, and used only as a micro switch connector.

Since there were so many configurations and color changes over the years it made sense to make all the wires the same color to avoid any confusion. Yellow was chosen because it is usually the safety color for most everything. Some of these only used 2 wires as well but 3 were put in the housing so it would be a multi purpose part. If you don't need one of the wires you can simply remove it or cap it off.

The wire connectors and housing are from the same company as the original parts. The connectors are still Made in USA, unfortunately the housing has been moved offshore and made in China but there is no other manufacturer or option for this housing. The original harness used 18 gauge wire and since there were no problems with amp draw on the original we stayed with the same gauge. The wire used however was upgraded to top of the line Anchor Marine Grade 18 gauge pure copper pre tinned wire, Made in USA of course.

Below are some pics of the making of it here and the parts used. The plan is to have them in the store by tomorrow. :thumb1
