Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)

As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.

The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.

As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.

Well I had peeps in this afternoon so I didn't get a lot done lol. The distribution block is mounted where it will be and the main Pos cable to the battery and block are made, the 2 main feeds to the fuses for the switch Battery terminal and Regulator feed are on the block also. Tomorrow is another day, now it's supper time. :tounge2

I hope to fire it up this weekend. Mondays are always wild so all I had time to do today is make the exhaust flanges. A little clean up and welding and they'll be done. I may put something temporary on it to fire it up sooner. My 4" stainless steel stacks will be here on Friday, my exhaust peeps only deliver on Fridays, I wish I had remembered that last Thursday... :doh :laughing

Why is it the factory wiring in the service manuals are wrong most of the time... I have a green wire in the engine connector and there is no green in the manual... :waiting :laughing

The engine connector has been replaced and reconfigured to a Wheel Horse, except for that dang green wire lol. I have all of the parts out and ready to make a male connector for the engine, a female for the switch, and my harness material, fuse blocks and junction block in between. Everything is on a cart near the tractor ready to go. :thumb1

This stuff isn't hard but it sure is time consuming. There are a few extra circuits for all of the cool extra stuff going on this one. :topsecret

I mean the tractor is big but the stacks are ridiculous... :rolling

I have a question, The rain caps take up a lot of space. What looks the best to you, the 15 degree beveled end without the caps, caps facing each other, or more space between the pipes with the caps going the same way? I don't care much for the caps going the same way, all of the space between the pipes looks weird to me, they take up over half the hood lol. I'm debating the stagger as well... :confused1

I got a wild hair and thought I could get the headlights done today, and they mostly are. A little 1/4" textured ABS to make the cover panels, a little cutting and welding, a few brackets, and voila lol. This reminded me of the old car stereo days making custom abs panels for things. :tounge2 I even got pics of each step so I can put this in a tutorial section later after this one is made public. :thumb1

I think all Horses should have LED projector headlamps and halos. :woo
