Big Sale Is On - UPDATED 03-26-26

The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.

Rm 425 deck hanger was created by Bert
I’ve recently found a 42’ side discharg deck for a short frame.
It turns out it has a specific attachment bracket. I’d like to find one.

You've found a specific deck that was made to be run on a 1045, the little 10hp short frame they made for only 3 months to use up the old round fenders. I have the adapter for the deck but need it for my 1045, very very hard to find. I however don't have the deck lol. Your tractor doesn't quite have the hp to run a 42 and it wasn't an option for your tractor. I took a screenshot of the manual so you could see. :thumb1

Thanks for the reply Geno.
My little 700 has a 10 hp transplant so no worries bout having enough motor.
Your correct about this setup being hard to find! I passed up one of these decks a few years ago and regretted it.
This one is worth saving but not in perfect shape.
I’ve started fabricating a mount but was hoping to find an original.
Oh I may be mistaken but I think some of these decks snuck out the door under 1055’s

Good that the hp is there. :thumb1 I ran across that setup a few weeks ago when I was doing some cleaning. I'll take a look and see if it's on the tractor where it should be lol. :rolling

It's a weird setup for sure.

Agreed, and not much for positive opinions on them either. But it’s a bucket list attachment and will hopefully fit in my vintage collection

Done some work and got it mounted and mowing. It works perfect and is worth a restoration
